We wanted to more formally thank everyone at Marini for your help, kindness, understanding and general expertise during this home buying process. We had initially approached several other area home builders when our search began, only to be met with frustration after frustration over being unable to obtain the information we wanted and needed to make an informed decision. Even the best of your competitors failed to supply us with what we needed (such as basic lists of options and costs). Meeting up with Sue Dawkins was like a lightening bolt. Here was all the information we had been asking for, supplied virtually immediately, all highly organized and manageable. We were immediately impressed. This positive experience continued as we met others from Marini and learned about how the whole process worked.

Nine months later we continue to be impressed by everyone's obvious competence and an evident feeling of truly caring about what you do. We especially want to thank Sue Dawkins, Ron Pettograsso, and Jon Lavender with whom we had the most contact. (We are sure that there are many other whom we did not meet who are just as deserving of praise). We also loved your home designs (we looked at many dozens of plans and yours were clearly the best). We appreciated the way that the plans, options, and costs were presented in full detail, up front, with no guess work or attempts to "hide" any of the details. You treated us with respect and you have earned ours.

I have been in the business for 40 years as a broker/owner. I have seen them come and go and your operation is the best I have seen. This is the first Marini home I have sold and hope to sell another in the not too far future! My clients and I had looked at MANY homes for over a year and settled on building with you people.
